Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, SKY Hangar is different from your average event space. This year’s Christmas party fully used these features, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance.
The venue’s spaciousness allowed guests to move freely, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Its high ceilings and modern industrial design added a touch of elegance, making it the perfect backdrop for the evening’s festivities. SKY Hangar’s adaptability is unmatched whether decorated for the holidays or set up for a professional event.
Custom Cocktails to Set the Tone
The evening kicked off with custom cocktails crafted by the talented mixologists at Eucalyptus Cocktails. Guests were treated to a curated menu of beverages, each designed to evoke the season’s festive spirit. From classics such as lime margaritas, to fun twists on favourites such as the coco old fashioned and the watermelon mule, the drinks added a special touch to the evening’s celebrations and got everyone in the mood to mingle and make merry.
For those who preferred non-alcoholic options, Eucalyptus Cocktails also offered a pear mocktail, with equally vibrant flavours, ensuring that every guest had a drink in hand to toast the season. Cans of beer, ciders, and coolers as well as red and white wine were also available.
A Feast for the Senses
As the night unfolded, attendees were invited to indulge in a buffet-style dinner. The menu featured an array of mouthwatering dishes, from savoury mains to comforting desserts, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The communal nature of the buffet encouraged conversation and camaraderie, setting the perfect tone for the festivities ahead.
Dancing, Laughs, and Holiday Spirit
After dinner, the party came alive, with dancing and laughter echoing through the hangar. The stage and sound system at SKY Hangar were used excellently, with music filling the space and inviting everyone to hit the dance floor. A mix of holiday classics and upbeat favourites kept the energy high, ensuring there was never a dull moment.
