The Westlund Building
An updated website with current video footage generates results.
The Westlund Building is a unique office space that houses several of the companies in the Westlund Group, including Agency Media. Our goal was to run a digital campaign to bring leads to the building in order to lease office space in the Westlund Building. Having empty offices meant that the building was going to be a huge financial hit if we did not fill up the empty rental space within a month, as the total cost of all of the empty space was $30,000 per month. Our goal was to drive leads to the Westlund Building website, and have all empty rental space full.
Seeing the Results
In order to do this, we needed to update the building’s web pages and enable tracking. The website was outdated and did not have tracking. We realized that the contact form was not functioning properly, and we could not email back prospective renters. In order to meet our goals, we needed to update the Westlund Building’s website and showcase how unique our building is. We shot videos of the building, and updated our Facebook and Instagram pages. Instead of waiting for content, we filmed content for ads and web specifically for this campaign. The turnaround time was 2.5 weeks. Driving leads through video worked really well.
