We are a growing digital agency in Surrey looking to add a Social Media Specialist to our expanding social team.

Daily Responsibilities
Manage and run business social media accounts leading to an increase in engagement, followers, and referrals
Write captions for social media posts
Curate, edit and post engaging content
Engage with users and brands online
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and channels and make recommendations

Other Responsibilities
Create content calendars
Contribute to the development of social media strategies and campaigns
Implement and monitor social media strategies and campaigns
Run social and paid media reports and present outcomes to stakeholders
Take photos for content (either product shots or lifestyle shots)
Schedule photography for internal and external clients

Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
Strong written and verbal communication
Photography skills
Eye for editing photo content to fit a specific style/brand
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
Ability to navigate within a fast-paced and multiple-task environment and operate with a sense of urgency to meet timelines
