We’re Hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and Managing Campaigns on Google & Facebook
  • Create, test, monitor Facebook/IG/Google Ad campaigns: Evaluate CPC, Conversion goals and attribution/Pixel tracking data
  • Conceptualize, develop, implement and measure a wide variety of lead generation including email marketing, PPC advertising and social media campaigns
  • Create, test, monitor Email marketing campaigns
  • Develop technical content for distribution through training, email marketing, our website, social media (Facebook, Instagram)-Our end goal is Lead Generation
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of all SEO friendly digital content for website, blogs, press releases, and social media
  • Research technical topics and develop informative, factual content that is compelling, resonates with target business audience, and is optimized for organic SEO
  • On-going Website management service work and updates
  • Project Management relating to both campaigns and web developmetn
  • Technical Web Support + Web Content Management

Required Skills:

  • Lead Generation using multiple sources and avenues. This includes setup and deployment of Ad campaigns
  • PPC, SEM Management, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Re-marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
  • Copywriting and content creation
  • SEO strategy and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a natural team player
  • Strong ability to prioritize work across multiple platforms and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or equivalent
  • 2+ years of digital marketing and content creation experience in lead generation role
  • Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management systems
